Order Delivery:
Products that are Made & Ready to Ship
will usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. If a product requires
making, please allow 2 to 10 business days depending on the product.
Shipping may be via USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail, UPS or FEDEx. Your order may arrive in multiple packages & may be shipped by different carriers.Shipping Insurance:
I have used the USPS for several years with absolutely no problems. However, I cannot guarantee what happens to your package once it has left my hands. I highly recommend that you purchase insurance, as I will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment. This will protect us both against a loss.
Insurance is based on the total value of the items you are purchasing. Below is a table that shows the amounts of coverage and the prices for each. You can add the insurance to your purchase by clicking "Shipping Insurance" in the left side of the page under "Shopping".

Refund
Policy: NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN
Exchanges will only be made if a cover is
unusable due to faulty craftsmanship. Cover must be like new, unused, unwashed
& returned within 5 days of receipt. Buyer must first contact me to obtain an
exchange authorization number & return the cover in its original
packaging. If an exchange is received without the appropriate authorization,
no new cover will be shipped. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and
shipping charges are not refunded.
If you received your cover as gift &
wish to exchange it for another fabric choice, please email me using the contact
us page to obtain authorization. Cover must be like new, unused, unwashed &
returned within 5 days of receipt. You will be responsible for all shipping
costs & any difference in cover price.
Please note that refunds are not given because you change your mind. Once an order is received, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse the delivery of a package from the post office & the package is returned to me, you will NOT receive a refund. Each product has an estimated ship time. These times are guidelines only. Due to demand, it may take longer. If this is a concern, please email me BEFORE placing your order. I am very easy to work with so please ask questions.
